Las Vegas Police Cybertruck upfitted by @Unpluggedperformance

NEWS: The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police have started to receive their new fleet of 10 Tesla Cybertrucks, upfitted by @Unpluggedperformance @UpfitTesla to patrol the streets.

Sheriff Kevin McMahill: “We want these things because the cops inside will be safe no matter what. These stop bullets. They are also a tremendous recruitment tool for us.”

All 10 Cybertrucks were donated by billionaire Ben Horowitz—no taxpayer money was used.

seems to me like the perfect police vehicle, big back seat for the perps, and storage front and rear for evidence recovery, etc. will be fun to see if this catches on.

I still don’t have it, BTW! I never got an ETA I just took that money and rolled it into the rock sliders which I got last week.

If you look closely at the police vehicle have the exact same ones that I do except it looks like they have lighting in the side which is dope as hell!!

I didn’t know police departments could just accept donations from private citizens like that.
I guess there really isn’t a rule against it. Just surprises me a bit
I wonder if he gets pulled over by one if he’ll get a ticket?

I wonder what this is? It seems like there’s one on each side is it just a stalk for additional lights or does it have other purposes?
