Hi all,
I won’t be eligible for the tax credit, so I’m exploring a few used Cyberbeasts listed on Autotrader and CarGurus. I’ve heard that build quality—like panel alignment—has improved over time, so I’m assuming later production Cybertrucks (based on the last 6 digits of the VIN) may have fewer issues.
I realize this might be tough to pin down, but is there a general VIN range where quality noticeably improved? For example, are Cybertrucks with VINs ending above ~30,000 generally considered to have better panel alignment or fewer early build quirks?
Also, I’ll likely be buying out of state. Are there any key things I should double-check or look out for (e.g., Cantrail)?
Appreciate any insights!
