Thanks for the great replies, especially from the folks coming from diesel trucks. Just have to get the wife on board, but I think I’m going to give it a try.

Steer-by-wire... you will never want to drive another non-steer-by-wire vehicle again. Akin to driving an EV car for the first time then never wanting to drive a gas car again...

Have had a CB for 6 months / 10k miles...kept my GMC2500 and I've driven it exactly 2 times - to pull the toy hauler (13k lbs)....let my daughter drive it / keep it at her house - I dont want it, just need it for the trailer! CB is awesome for everything but towing large/heavy/distance!

I own Porsche and Ferrari sports cars - and I bought this cyberbeast because I had an allocation - thought I would drive it for a while and then sell it - after finding that it was a toy and not a real vehicle.

my wife and I have sold our 2023 Panamera hybrid because we love this Cyberbeast so much. I would sell everything else in my garage before this cyberbeast.

it does everything. Faster than any sports car in my garage, it is massively roomy inside which I really like as a big and tall guy.
Rides like a dream on the freeway- zero road noise and zero tire noise / and did zi mention it drives itsself? Best a/c ever in an y car and wonderful stereo. Controls are super easy to use with the large screen.
250 miles range on 80% charge is fine and on days with more usage I charge to 100%.
Charges fast - and full of “fuel” every morning while not going to a gas station.
Great entertainment when wife is shopping. Watch YouTube or movies. Dog mode - use it everyday.

is it a replacement for your work truck? No. It would hurt to beat it up. An F250 is cheaper.

there is a range extended coming soon/ to add an extra 250 miles range for something around 550 miles.

having a garage to plug in the car every night is a great setup.
A wonderful vehicle- and a nice truck for occasional use.

Ok, so you don't require heavy towing (long distances) now and into the future so the number one concern is well, not a concern.

Secondly, how much do you drive? Are you willing to accept the charging situation (it's easy and convenient)? At home charging is where it's at, use SC's for long distance travels or quick charging when needed.

I am not hearing any use cases or reasons a CT would not work for you.

I have always had 1/2 or 3/4 ton trucks for many years and Jeeps about the same. My Last Truck before CyberTruck is a Ram 1500 Diesel which I love to death because it is super great truck to travel in good milage and can tow my Jeep on long trips. Now all that said I only had my Cyber for less than a week and getting used to it still but it is amazing. Quiet, steering, all the niceties is a Pro. My only cons was Sticker Shock after waiting 4+ years and the supposedly price of $49K and Range 'maybe'. I live in Northern Indiana and cold weather is coming and will see how it fairs. When it gets warm I will try towing the toys and see, but I already think I will love this as much if not more than the Ram.

Its a very comfortable drive. I wasn't expecting my wife to like driving it - she likes the ease of turning, quiet ride

Best “pro” I can offer is I sold my awesome Ram TRX a few months after getting the Beast. I just didn’t enjoy driving it anymore. When I did drive it, I missed the Beast’s nimble steering, acceleration, FSD, “fuel” costs, look and feel. Only negative relative to TRX was seat comfort on road trips. I kinda miss the throaty rumble of 700+ HP, too. Haven’t towed yet, but didn’t tow much with TRX either.

Y'all are making this hurt. I thought about a M3P, keep my AT4D and Bronco but I don't need 3 vehicles. Maybe I should sell both and get a CB......
