Ground clearance of the CT is high and there's NO handle on either A pillar or on the roof to pull yourself inside with ease. Is any shop able to make one?

Not super helpful to your question, but I'll at least ask... have you enabled Entry Ride Height? One of the settings is to automatically lower the vehicle to "entry" when parked. I've seen discussions saying how that might be bad on the air suspension, but without it I'd need handles. With it, even as disabled as I am, I have no trouble getting into the vehicle.
But I guess with that said, I have also raised the suspension to "high" and found a way to pull myself up by the seat (or some combination of the door with a lowered window and the seat). Not exactly a quick way to get into a vehicle, and I wouldn't want to do it often, but it works.

Regarding your actual question, I haven't seen anyone else discuss this. Give the world 6 months to build some accessories and something will likely come out. I haven't seen a good attachment point available, so I can't think it will be an easy fix. There is the attachment point for the lightbar that might be able to be used to add a fabric strap to it on the outside of the vehicle.
