Alarm keeps going off

had a trailer attached. Windows up. No cats on rig. nothing, no wind, ect. Alarm kept going off. Could not find any settings or way to shut it off with phone. Any Ideas?

My alarm only went off one time, I was inside the truck sleep and it auto locked when I woke up I opens the door which triggered the alarm. The only way I got it to quit beeping was to lock and unlock the truck from the outside with my ring key (key card).

I was thinking of getting a ring key. What type of ring key did you get? Any issues?

It’s a white one with the T Tesla logo on it , the website I gotten from seems to have shut down. There’s identical ones on Amazon now tho. Only issues with mine is it’s range, it mostly works to unlock it while on my hand, but getting it just right in the tray to start the car is a challenge. I just find it easier to remove it from my hand and wiggle it around. Off my had it works flawless like key card.
