I got an email stating that they could not find anyone in my area to install the unit in my house. As a result they were going to give me two free months of charging. As a new first time Tesla buyer I had gone out and found my own guy to install it because I assumed that was my job. Right now I have a basement bedroom with drywall off so I can run electricity to my garage... I told the kids we were going into "hardware mode" just like in Ironman. I do love Tesla, and I think Elon is an actual genius, but this trip has been a really hard one and I would love to be able to follow him around and pepper him with questions about this process.
