Well, I got tired of waiting for the Cybertruck and sold my Tesla and bought a brand new Ford Lightning Lariat ER 2 weeks ago.
I Love the truck,l and it’s pretty amazing, I probably would’ve passed if I couldn’t use Superchargers. I drove it home from Colorado and charging was awesome with the adapter.
Then last week my Cybertruck VIN finally arrived.
I didn’t want to pass up on 4 and a half years of waiting so my pickup is this Tuesday and I got a buddy to go halves with me.
So excited.

Congrats!! Looks like Arizona is picking up steam. Making it to mid January orders.
Wish we had as much steam as Iowa. People who did their config in April are getting VINs!

So it finally happened! We closed on the house last Thursday and Friday I lifted the hold on the CT order. First thing yesterday I received a text to check my account. I almost fell down! I called Savannah Tesla and they verified the VIN and are working on a delivery date. The truck is still in Texas so I hope I have a few weeks to finished the move. I will post an update when we actually take delivery. Good luck to everyone that is still waiting. Did anyone ever find out how many CTs the Mesa Service Center delivered in March?

We took delivery Saturday in Savannah! Through the mess of moving cross country, Tesla came through and we are the proud owners of a Cybertruck! Good Luck to everyone still waiting and many thanks to the Tesla staff for their help in making this happen!

The truck drives like a dream. The steering is incredible! I have no complaints on the fit and finish. It even came with a rivet pre-installed on the go pedal ? ...It is way better than I expected. This was well worth the wait.

Good morning Tucson, AZ Cybertruck owners. Just a shout out to the Cybertruck owner I met yesterday in Tucson when the crazy supercell monsoon hit us hard (07/14). I'm sorry I didn't catch your name. We were both driving on N Camino De La Tierra under torrential downpour, hurricane force wind, hail, flying debris and near zero visibility. Both ends of the street was flooded with raging runoff. There was a local sheriff in his Ford Explorer petrol SUV also stuck there with us. Thing were getting pretty intense at one point when the hail was pounding down on our vehicles relentlessly. I was really thinking the windshield and glass roof were going to shattered from the intense hail shelling. Believe me, the pounding hail noise impacting all the glass was ear shattering. We managed to shelter underneath an overpass for awhile but the flood water keep rising so we knew we had to make a run for it. We put our Cybertrucks on extraction mode and ford through maybe 30in plus of violent runoff approximately 30 feet wide and managed to escape from the flooded road. I continued my drive back to Texas and not sure what happened to the other Cybertruck owner. Buddy, I hope you and your gal pal (wife?) made it home okay. PM me if you're on this forum :geek:
