Here we go again folks, another Jack As*, giving me the finger, this time, I turned around followed him into a Wegmans parking lot, stopped behind him, and when he got out of his car, asked him, "You got something to say to me", and he said "no", so I replied "Good Idea, Jack As*", then I took off. Yeah, Yeah I know, I should be careful with all of the crazies out there, however I know i scarred the crap out of him..........

I'm glad to hear it didn't escalate - not worth the risk.

I get so much pleasure just knowing we live rent-free in their heads, I chuckle and move on.

So much pleasure that it makes me kinda sad these types of interactions have decreased substantially in the last moth or so.

And for me they've gotten worse since it warmed up.

The obstructing traffic to yell Sieg Heil at me and spitting on my truck didn't happen until this summer. In the winter and spring it was just middle fingers and thumbs down.

On the other hand, people enthusiastically giving me thumps up has increased this summer. That is something I guess.

That said, I had a great interaction with a nice older lady outside the supermarket yesterday who caught me as I was putting groceries in. Said she loved the truck, and asked to see inside it so I gave the tour. As usual, the more people know about it, the more they like it.

Here in upstate NY I've only gotten 3 middle fingers, so far in the past year, and hundreds of folks who want to know more about my truck. As a matter of fact, I usually schedule an extra 30 minutes for every local trip, for I have to give my 30 minute dissertation on all of the technical stuff of my beast. And I followed him for I believe some folks need a good humbling every once in a while, which includes me also, plus I know he'll think twice next time, for I'm sure the female in the passenger seat gave him hell, after I scared the crap out of him.........

Oh yeah, I notice short fuses generally everywhere here in the summer...CT or not. They're always people without air conditioning to cool their hot little tempers.

Last time I got the finger was a guy driving next to me. I just smiled and kept waving at him. The fact that I didn’t get mad pissed him off even more. People really are crazy. I know I lived rent free in that guys head for a long time.
