I purchased a set of door handles for my cybertruck. One of them on the left door failed almost immediately when the truck was parked in the sun for an hour. The adhesive just turned to jelly. I contacted them both via email and text and received one response, asking what they could do for me. After explaining the problem, I never received another reply again. i’m guessing those doorhandles cost them about $.10 apiece made in China, but it was not something they were willing to stand behind and replace. To make matters worse, no matter how many times I unsubscribe to their unsolicited email, they continue to spam me. This is really not a savory company.
