Hello all current and future Cybertruck owners. I wanted to share my thoughts and a pictures of my newest accessory for the Cybertruck.
Basenor was kind enough to ship a cargo Net to review. Even though I did not pay for this item, this is my honest review of their product.
The first thing about this cargo Net to know is that you need to have D-Rings. I have a Non-Foundation series, which means the truck didn't come with.
I looked on Basenor’s Amazon page but they do not sell D-Rings. Basenor, I’d highly recommend adding those as a product offering and a direct link or a bundle deal for a net and rings.
The cargo net itself is well-made, with a high quality mesh net material that feels durable and capable of securing items in the bed effectively. It’s a solid option for keeping gear in place, especially given the Cybertruck’s unique design. However, installation can be a bit of a hassle—you’ll need to have the rings already installed in your truck, as it doesn’t come with them. The only letdown is the clips; they feel cheap and flimsy, it may have been the aftermarket D-Rings I bought but the clips barely attach and can easily break if you force it. While the net’s quality is impressive, I would recommend swap out the clips for something larger and sturdier, it’s a worthwhile buy.
4/5 stars.
Pros:
Good quality Net
Great price on Amazon https://a.co/d/3tceUky
Small size for when you dont need the entire bed covered in a net.
Cons:
Small and cheap clips that attach the net to the D-Rings
