OK. I spent some more time trying to answer my question and learned that this topic is a bit contentious. I wasn't trolling - honestly. I saw they added blind spot warning lights in the cabin which they resisted up until now so I figured I'd ask about 360 view and RCT. 360 (birds-eye) isn't as critical as long as there are cameras on the key locations but RCT is very useful - particularly in a long vehicle like the CT. I have a Lightning. I am really struggling with my decision on whether to trade it in for the CT when my number comes up. I really, really, really want the tighter turning radius, air suspension, vault, etc, but not sure I'm willing to give up on the drivers assist features on the Ford. Right now they are scoring pretty similarly which means I do nothing and keep the Lighting. Drivers assist features are the main things hurting the CT score.

What is Sasquatch pissed off about?

Not sure about birds eye but I wonder about mid-gate, sail storage and 6 passenger seating.

Actually, that is a 2001 a Space Odyssey scene.... the dawn of man and all that.

Love the decision matrix spreadsheet! That is so me, lol.
BTW, I think the CT front seats are cooled and heated while the rear are heated only.

This is good to know as I wanted the birds eye to make sure I can get it in my garage. My garage has bays and their individual width is a bit under 96 inches approx so it will be a tight squeeze width wise. Wanted to know how easy it was going to be to see the truck getting in and out.

you can use the summon feature and just get out of the truck and have it park itself in the garage and when it’s time to leave it pulls out of the garage before you get into it.
Since you are comparing features with the your current truck, Can the ford do that?

You may have me confused for someone else. I dont have another truck :) but thanks for the info. My BIL was able to get his Rivian R1T in my bay without an issue but he used a similar birds eye view. I was hoping I was going to be able to do something similar.

Thanks. I looked a little harder and confirmed what you said about the front being cooled. Great news - this is a must-have feature in Phoenix.

Ventilated seats confirmed

Ahhh. I was wondering about the Sasquatch comment. Didn't realize he was referring to my avatar. Yup. Chapter called "Dawn of Man". The moment when we learned to use tools. Illustrates my competence operating the CAD tools at work.

Thanks. That is probably a good enough replacement - especially considering the tighter turning radius. I have to come within a couple of inches of my other car pulling the Lightning into my garage so I lean heavily on the 360 view for that as well as tight parking lots. Shouldn't have to come as close in the CT thanks to the turning radius. That video did show pretty good accuracy at 20:40 - within about an inch of what the camera showed. So I guess I'm good on the 360 view requirement. Thanks for the link.
