This is in early prototype the company says, so may be a reason to no response.

Prototype doesn't justify not responding the inquiry about the product they officially announced.

The question wasn't about the specification of the final product, it was asking release timing since I have a winter trip scheduled upcoming January. I tried to contact them multiple times, just for the rough timing asking release date and not responding seems very unprofessional. At least they could reply me we don't know yet.

Alas, at prototype level, you generally don't know when the actual release date would be.

If you had reached out to Tesla the day after they announced the Cybertruck, and tried to get an ETA or ANY legitimate response about it. Do you think you would have gotten far? Tesla, a now trillion dollar company?

Now throw in a small company that is scraping every penny and minute of the day to get their product(s) off the ground. A simple "when is your ETA" is probably not a priority when you yourself don't know.

This seems a little silly and overkill to me ? What’s wrong with a small space heater plugged into your bed ? Or an electric blanket ?
