I found this part cleaning my brand new non-foundation beast (original Foundation VIN2154 got repurchased by Tesla).

I can see a description for C-Pillar but have no idea where it actually belongs.

Looks like it goes under the exterior door opening button. If your truck isn’t missing one, that might be a spare dropped into the truck during manufacturing.

Like behind the glass? I wouldn’t know if I’m missing without removing, huh? ??

Did you buy it with a branded title or are you saying tesla is buying it back?
Tesla bought my original back. 12 times in service. Almost every panel on left side became loose or fell off including multiple problems with both doors. Eventually it was like, am I going to have to come in to retighten every screw over the duration of ownership?

Mine is currently in service for a similar issue, all panels coming loose, glue issue, quarter panels and fenders and upper panels as well as the doors, also my frunk stud was broken from factory so they replaced my frunk and now my half shafts are clunking and need to be replaced as well as my charging stopped working so they are replacing my whole charging assembly port area ?

This is a reason I waited one year to get refine version of CT plus saved 20K while doing so ;)

Well mine got bought back for 100% of cost because first service request was day after delivery. Plus, they let me keep all of the extras. I now have a non-foundation beast for pretty much the same price, all while getting to drive around the best car ever earlier than most! Despite it all, Tesla took care of me an I’m very happy with the outcome. I put 16,000 miles on the foundation truck.
