I just looked this up and I think sentry moy have actually killed it

active sentry mode can drain 7-10% of the battery each day

this seems like insane power usage but the internet told me, so it must be true

I feel like sentry mode should have an ultra minimal power draw, but even Tesla says 7% / day

Hopefully that can get a software makeover

If you open the energy app and select park at the top, you can see what is consuming your battery while you are parked.

I'm currently at the supercharger so everything says zero, but overnight it said that I burned 15 mi, because I have the battery indicator set to miles. If you change it to percentage this page shows percentage and you can swap back and forth. In case you weren't aware, you can

tap the mileage or percent sign next to your battery bar to swap between the two

I paid mine late Dec if I remember correctly. Original delivery was 4.9 but then the recall.

Just got it back from the wrap shop yesterday.

There is a setting to just have sentry only trigger when there is physical contact with the truck. Significantly reduces energy usage. As much as we want to spy on everything there is a cost to a built in remote surveillance system accessible on demand from our phones. Imagine a laptop encoding video files 24/7 which is essentially what it's doing. Imagine the disk space required if it didn't do rolling storage. Pretty sure the Leaf doesn't have that.
