I would also read "Elon Musk" by Walter Isaacson, he followed Elon around for 2 years allowed to listen and be in meetings everywhere. It was an eye opener of why this man can run 6 highly complex companies at once. I was waiting for the CT and there is a section about the CT which I devoured back then in anticipation of delivery.
