Sorry to be negative but I feel an obligation to protect my fellow CT owners.

Be warned everyone. BE cautious when purchasing at @Hansshow Technology. I was informed my light bar would be received within 3-7 days. I have screenshots of this. Then, after 10 emails, 10 texts and false promises, it was shipped out FROM China 4-5 weeks later (they only ship once a month I was later told). THEN, I was charged an unknown fee of $150+ from UPS (not Tariff related BTW...the math didn't add up) and I had to plea to get part of that paid for by HansShow. Too much a hassle, too delayed, nobody cared there...don't buy here unless you are 100% sure product is in-country and you have good paperwork.

Is there another way to order Hansshow products that are shipped from within the United States or another manufacturer that sells the same components as Hansshow that are more reliable?

I feel like I see Hansshow products online or in videos being installed, yet others showing similar if not same product just rebranded as another seller.

Who are these products really being manufactured by and is Hansshow just acting as a distributor?
Personally I would rather just buy another “brand” and get better confirmed or more timely shipped products.

I ordered a rear view camera from Hansshow. They claim to have shipped and delivered it, but the package only contained the camera cover and a tray I also ordered, not the actual camera. Any attempts to contact them have failed so far: they don't answer their phone (either voice or text), there is no way to leave voice mail because their mailbox is full, and they didn't answer my e-mail. I wonder if this is a simple negligence, or a deliberate scam.
