Ordered a @Hansshow Technology rearview mirror for Cybertruck with a camera cover, along with a center console tray from Hansshow. Received the package, the mirror and camera are missing. The package contains only the tray and the camera cover. No, I didn't somehow miss it: the label on the package clearly states "weight: 1.358 lb", and that's what it weighs. The tray is 11.9 oz, the camera cover is 1.8 oz, the rest is boxes and packaging. The notification states that the package contains the mirror, but it does not.
I sent an e-mail to [email protected], complete with a photograph of the contents of the package, no response. I called their number, rolls over to voice mail, then states that the voice mailbox is full. I sent a text, no response.
Update: I checked my box for unrelated shipment, and it turned out I have an unexpected package from Hansshow which turned out to contain the missing mirror. It was shipped with USPS, while their other packages were with a different company, and I never received a notification or a tracking number for it (unlike other shipments, where Hansshow sends 5-6 updates per package). Their "customer support" still insists that the package has been lost (reversing their previous stance, and despite me clearly stating the opposite on multiple occasions), and keeps telling me to file a complaint with "the carrier". No mention which one, so had I followed their advice and complained to YUNExpress, they would have just shrugged and pointed me to the 3 pictures their delivery driver snapped while delivering the package (the one with the missing mirror). I wouldn't call this a happy ending, but it could have been much worse.
