After the latest updates as of a week or two ago, the custom lightshows on my truck no longer work. They aren't even visible any longer. Has this happened to anyone else? What's the fix?

Have you made sure the truck can see the drive?

Some have reported needing to make different partitions for each function.

I am on .9 as well. I also have a 2 TB drive with three partitions. It was all working fine up until the latest software update. I have unplugged it, plugged it back in, I can actually use MP3s from the music folder over USB connection, but there are no custom light shows available anymore. Even though I have over 30 of them on the drive.

If it wrote on the drive incorrectly or wrote the media directory incorrectly on its system drive it'd stop seeing it.

So... lots of annoying things.

When you get it working again, please tell us here.

Custom light shows still do not work for me. For others where it isn't working, do you own multiple Teslas?

For those where it IS working, do you have a USB Music option to play music from USB drives?

Not sure about the USB music option, I haven't put any music on the USB stick. This is my only Tesla.

If you go into your truck and click on the icon for music sources and look at the list, is USB Music on that list? Understood that this is your only Tesla which lines up for me with maybe why this is or isn't working for people if the config file being shared between vehicles may be causing a problem with whether or not light shows display.

This is my first Tesla and yes I can view my music on the screen from my USB hard drive.
