First I would like to sincerely thank all of you that offered their initial critique of my introduction. It pointed out glaring flaws that have help me regroup and better explain CYBERBRITE. Thanks also to those who have purchased the first bottles of CYBERBRITE. Your purchases are inspiring. I look forward to the coming pictures and reviews on this forum. The first reviews are coming in and I will let them speak for themselves on their own post.

CYBERTRUCK TRIM:
I have had several questions regarding the safety of CYBERBRIGHT being inadvertently applied to the plastic trim or glass on our Cybertrucks. CYBERBRITE is safe on trim and glass.

Those questions have lead me to the following odd coincidence. Here in north Texas we a have a base rock of white caliche. I recently was driving on a caliche rock road after a rain and the white mud covered the trim on my truck. I drove through a full brush car was, as normal, and after the wash, there was white staining on all the plastic trim. Pressure washing directly didn’t remove the staining. It dawned on me that that I should try CYBERBRITE on the trim to demonstrate its safety and to see if it would remove the stains. The following pictures document the process. CYBERBRITE quickly removed the staining! After the trim dried, I applied an interior cleaner/conditioner I use to the trim and it looked great. I though that just using the cleaner on the staining might do the job on its own just as well, so I applied it to an area that was pressure washed and stained. The cleaner did remove the stains. In comparing that area to the area treated with CYBERBRITE, the CYBERBRITE area looks a little cleaner to me.

In conclusion, this is an initial CYBERBRITE trim trial cleaning. The point is to demonstrate the safety of applying CYBERBRITE to the trim of our trucks not to promote as a pretreatment to trim. There may be a benefit of removing micro particle contamination from trim before applying other enhancement products. There are probably products that are being used on trim that I am unaware of that will do just as good a job. If you are using cleaning products on trim and you notice a difference after application on trim treated with CYBERBRITE, please share that with me and others on this form.

Thanks again,
Gary

CYBERBRITE – Inadvertent Contact with Non-Stainless Surfaces

I have done research and have come to the following conclusion regarding CYBERBRITE and plastic trim. I want to be transparent on this issue. My expertise is with stainless steel not automotive plastics.

CYBERBRITE is formulated exclusively for the Cybertruck’s 30XX-series stainless steel exoskeleton. It is not intended for plastic trim, tonneau components, composite bed/walls, or other exterior parts.

During normal use on the stainless exoskeleton, incidental contact with plastic trim, tonneau edges, composite bed, or other exterior surfaces may occur.

In my testing, a quick application (<2 minutes) on caliche rock staining on my truck’s plastic trim, followed by immediate pressure washing and a trim conditioner, removed the stain without visible damage. This was a demonstration of safety for brief incidental contact, not a recommendation for general use on trim or the bed de-staining. I can’t be confident that repeated use in all conditions will not have adverse effect on the trim.

My testing has shown that when used as directed, any inadvertent contact with plastic trim, followed by immediate thorough pressure washing, shows no negative effects on plastic trim, tonneau components, or the composite bed. Any use of CYBERBRITE, other than as directed, is at owners risk.

Sincerely,
Gary
