Got to use Wade mode while carrying a heavy BMW motorcycle. The CT told me I can swim up to 2.5 ft for 30 minutes and even had a countdown timer. Pretty cool!

This is indeed fabulous. I am planning to load up my BMW R1300GSA which is 89.8 in (2,280 mm, just under 7.5 feet) long. CT Bed (Tailgate Up) is ~72.75 inches (6’ 0.75”) floor length. I am assuming that bike’s rear wheel will rest on the open tailgate or just off the edge. I am planning to ride from Ontario, Canada all the way to California, USA and back. Are their any road regulations pertaining to keeping the tailgate open. I am assuming that the License plate will remain visible and will not be required to be moved elsewhere for legal reasons of any USA State? What would be the impact on range with this payload and consequent wind resistance?
