Might be unlikely. Some SS is magnetic, much is not.

My understanding is that most 300-series steel is not magnetic - except maybe a little magnetic in areas that have been cold worked. Even then, it’s not too very.

yeah, I work with a lot of metals... magnetic stick-on wont hold

Not a sticker, but maybe even better. Queensland, Australia has a lot of options for personalized, legal number plates. This is one that I could order.
