Although I appreciate the offer, at this point I’m just looking to get a refund and skip the exchange all together. Between multiple shipping delays and poor communication after ordering to the fact that I’ve been trying to get this defective unit issue resolved since June 26th (seemingly just getting the runaround now by Cybergearco)… I’d say at this point it has just been a colossal waste of time and money.

After my email went unanswered for over a week, I went back to trying to contact someone (I presume Paul) at Cybergearco on Whatsapp for the second time (and actually got a response this time, unlike the first time I tried back on June 28th) only to now only be ghosted again.

Certainly! Here are the instructions included in the manual that comes with the cooler.
1.Ultra-Cold Mode:
Press the "_" button to reach -6 C, then press the "_" button again to display L0 modewhich is activated.L0 mode forces the compressor to run continuously withoutstopping (the default operation time for this mode is 2.0 hours). After the compressorruns for 2.0 hours, the display will switch to show the current temperature inside thebox, and it will continue to operate with the set temperature of -6 ℃ for cycling on andoff, |f the user presses the “+" or “_" button, the displayed set temperature will be -6 CTo exit L0 mode, briefly press the “+" button to set the temperature to -ó C
2.MAX/EC0 Mode Switch:
In the powered-on state, briefly press the "Power" button, and the "MAX/ECO" indicatorwill flash. At this point, briefly press the "+" or “_" buttons to switch between MAX(Strong Cooling)or EC0 (Energy Saving) modes (the default mode is MAX). lf ncoperation is performed within 3 seconds, the system will return to standby mode.

Thanks but when I switch to Max the display does not show Max.
When I select Eco, then ECO remains on the display.
Why is this?
