It's been a week sadly. Had to do the service thing. Waiting for an appointment. Still drivable in a sense just nothing works. Have to use the break to stop and off course no self driving either.

2025.38.8. Funny enough my wife's model y got the same update and the gps was offline for a while that one we were able to soft reset and walk away for a while and it worked. Both our vehicles had issues after that specific update.

I've been on this version for several weeks now without issues. Do you have a strong wifi signal at the vehicle at home? Updates require a lot of communications before settling down (much like Apple's iPhones). If you live rurally with poor communications you may want to try parking you CT in an area with stronger coverage. Alternatively if you live close to your service center take it in and have them look at it (all service centers have excellent connectivity).

This is usually caused when one of the components has not initialized or woken up. The Plaid Model S had a service campaign at one point on this. You need the vehicle to completely power down. When it wakes up from the deep sleep state and it will restart everything.
