I’ve noticed more wind noise recently in my late November purchased ‘24 CT. Ironically, when the windows are fully up, there is substantial wind noise driving at speeds over 30mph. I noticed that lowering the rear passenger window(s) by almost 3/4 inch, the wind noise almost completely ceases. I can’t drive around with the windows partially cracked. How would this be fixed? Of course my closest Tesla service center is 1 hour and 15 minutes away.

There are other threads about this if you search around, it seems to happen for me when the outside temperatures are very cold, I first noticed it at highway speeds when the temps were in the teens.

Other service centers have apparently fixed it by applying some adhesive felt in certain areas of the window recess to improve the fit of the seals but I haven't been able to get anyone to post a picture of what Tesla did so I could replicate it myself (don't want the hassle of bringing it to the service center and potentially leaving it for a day or two over something I can fix myself).

Had this issue. Especially when below 20 degrees F. Just got truck back from Service Center in Mount Kisco, NY (who are absolutely fantastic btw) and they agreed and adjusted the windows. Much better now. My VIN is in the 4000 range and I have 13k miles. YMMV

Google up on how to access the Service Mode. There is a window calibration option.

My right rear window is visibly different from the left one.

I took delivery of my truck in January with sub freezing temps. We hit 65F this past week and even prior to then the warmer weather improved this situation to the point where it isn't really a problem.

I have a service appt next week and will be asking for them to address this build issue. It is obviously a door/window assembly alignment issue. It is easily visible from the front of the truck.

Perhaps longer term your issue will improve with heat cycles through summers.

Yep, same issue but only with my rear passenger door/window. And, only when the tempts are below 35 F, and when driving 65/70mph+.

One thing I've heard is: what's happening is it's not external air coming into the cabin (which my wife confirmed bc she can't feel cold air coming in by the window) but rather the internal air pressure escaping the cabin. I heard a workaround is to turn recirculate air ON, which reduces the pressure in the cabin. I haven't tried it yet but plan to next time I experienece this.

I had issues with wind noise at certain speeds during extreme cold. I did a window calibration in the service menu and haven't had the issue since.
