AFAIK, there are no 4680's being produced in China. Even so, I do not believe that Tesla is planning to have iron-phosphate or other formulations in that form factor.

If there's a supply contraint for cybertruck parts. This would be very helpful if there's interest in the china build, so they can share parts.
