Could you guys just at least add the state you live in? because I’ve had this CYBERTRUCK for three months I’ve had about a dozen interactions all super positive✅. Everybody wants to know about it. I think it’s cool. Never get the finger. Never get people yelling anything, ever! I’m on the coast of New Jersey Monmouth County and reading the comments is like Reading some foreign news. Where do you guys live???? What the hell is the town like that you live in? Sheesh
SoCal here. Obviously one of the bluest states in the nation. I'd venture to say we have as many CT's per capita as any state but I still only see 1 or 2 other CT's on my normal 20-30 mile drives. On an average day I'd say I get a couple middle fingers and a couple random shouts out windows. That said, there are days where nothing negative happens. My experience has been that the vast majority of people, even here in Cali, are interested in seeing the inside and learning about it and/or simply have more important things on their mind. I know there is bad stuff going on but I kinda feel like the media is overblowing the negative stuff. I know; hard to believe the media would do that. Also, for what it's worth, this too shall pass.

Anne Arundel county, MD, just fine (not counting Annapolis, haven't been there with it yet). I suspect it or any big city might be worse, and probably would be in or near Baltimore or DC. Eastern MD not counting beach, or western MD, probably fine, both more conservative than 50 miles east/west of I-95.

I would imagine feedback directly correlates to:
- red state/areas = ?
- blue state/areas = ??

With maybe some exceptions in affluent areas like Silicon Valley and maybe parts of LA
Be careful admins been banning when politics are involved. Hate to see people get banned for freedom of speech. But yes the trends do follow certain colors.

Nevada: 95% positive, 5% negative.
I've been back in Vegas for a little over a week and had nothing but thumbs ups, smiles, and hang loose gestures.

What is awesome is that when first delivered 14 months ago it was the exact opposite. Got to love it.

I live near Knoxville Tennessee and I’ve had 100% positive interactions about my truck. The only not positive one was that a lady, store clerk, said it was ugly, but she did it in a nice way. And based on that comment, I’ve seen a lot of cars and or trucks that I think are ugly, but I don’t go around telling the owners that I don’t like them, I just don’t buy them.
I got my truck mainly because of the stainless steel body, I love stainless steel, I didn’t care if it was electric, gas, or diesel. I like the stainless steel body that being said, I love the truck after I got it, and almost everything about it.

I would love a breakdown of even more detail because it might also just be affluence. In Texas I live in a nice area and only get positive feedback. But in some small towns when camping that are mostly "red" I get more negativity. I think it's hard to predict.

Felt compelled to post again today. Just got back from visiting my daughter and her family. Two people that were *not driving Teslas waved and gave me the thumbs up. Maybe the tide is turning?

I'm gonna start giving the finger to other CTs. Could be our "wave".

Side note, i got "ducked" yesterday.... No idea who. I had seen them before but had to google it lol... as a dude i felt weird sporting it so i gave it to a kid.
So what is with the ducks? I see a lot of jeeps with ducks in the front windshield, and I found six or seven on the side of the road, and I’ve put them with hot glue on a metal strip and have them sitting on my dash as a novelty, but I don’t know what the deal is with all the ducks

Here’s the hate I got: an article written about my truck.
It’s so ridiculous that he said I honked and swerved around a cyclist and sped off into an alley. Such an obvious lie. Designed to make cybertruck drivers look like assholes?

my kids and I put the vinyl stickers on with our sticker machine at home.

Screenshot that article. I would legitimately sue Jalopnik for blatant libel. Your case would be a slam dunk.

When I first got my truck (back in may) it was overwhelmingly positive or just curiosity. Dislike was rare but did happen occasionally. Usually just head shaking or negative gestures. Now I get flipped off, spit at, yelled at, shit thrown at me, etc most (not most, but very often) of the time I drive it. Luckily I haven't gotten into a fight yet or had my truck vandalized. I take the back streets when I can and try to find an inconspicuous place to park. I hide my truck at work underneath a security camera where it's camouflaged with the dumpsters. I had one scare where a guy tailgated me all of the way to my mom's house. I didn't pull in but kept driving so the guy wouldn't mess with my mom and finally pulled over. He rolled down his window and yelled something negative at me but couldn't make it out. I took a dash cam clip and later tried to analyze it to see if I could get his plate but the resolution was too grainy.

I'm pretty sure that 99% of the haters out there have never driven (or even ridden) in one before and I'm sure that they'd change their tune if they had a chance to experience what an amazing, technological marvel that it is.

I love my truck. This will all come to pass and when people start realizing what we all know (minus some kinks from developing a vehicle designed from the ground up (BTW I've never been back to the service center)), people will love it too. It has it's place. It's not a perfect fit for everyone.

On an aside; I think the "haters" and dumb asses out there that are causing all of this attention towards our trucks are going to make it legendary some day. I own a piece of history now.

Anyway, I live in mid Michigan.
I live in Southwest Michigan. I haven't received much hate at all. Maybe 1% hate? If I have, it's from a few white females with multi-colored hair and Subaru's with BLM bumper stickers. I ignore them. I'm not making eye contact with a lot of people, just driving from point A to point B. When it's parked, it gets a lot of attention, and is always on Sentry mode, and in plain view so I can keep an eye on it. When I pass kids, they jump up and down, or wave, and shout the word "Cybertruck!" This weekend I drove in front of a grocery store and two kids just stood there with their mouths open, pointing, very excited. I get honks of approval and big smiles from African Americans all the time. They absolutely adore the truck. Homeless guys have given me the thumbs up several times. Initially guys driving large lifted pickups would give me an occasional thumbs down, or coal rolled me, but suddenly that has dissipated in the last few weeks, as though the truck now represents something more than it did before. It takes a lot of guts to drive it around town, and I think people are beginning to appreciate this truck for what it represents.

Northern Virginia, three months of ownership. So far, it’s not been too bad—one ‘Karen’ gave me a thumbs-down, an old lady flipped me off, and one neighbor hates it. I’d say most people don’t care, though I can’t give an exact percentage.

I’m planning a trip to NYC next weekend with my wife and thinking about driving my Cybertruck. I haven’t seen any replies from NYC Cybertruck owners, and it’s got me a bit worried. I don’t mind people hating on it, but I don’t want my wife to deal with that vibe in NYC. Looking for recommendations from NYC folks—any tips?
