Cybertruck reservation moved from Canada to US

I placed a reservation for a "Tri Motor" in April 2020 in Canada. RN 11338.... I subsequently fled to the US and I'm living in Florida. I changed all of the address, phone number, credit card, etc. info on my Tesla account to my US address some time ago, but I now wonder whether I am not getting an offer to configure a FS Cybertruck because Tesla has the reservation logged as being a Canadian delivery. I am now very regularly seeing RNs way higher than mine. I see the value in the FS and I appear to be one of the nutty few who would be very happy to buy one. (I would also actually prefer a dual motor version.)

Does anyone have a suggestion for how I might confirm with Tesla that I am both in America and ready and willing to buy a Foundation Series? Getting hold of Tesla by phone is approximately as difficult as getting hold of a doctor in Canada.

Could the higher RNs be getting called up because they are dual motors and my reservation was for a 'Beast' and, if so, any suggestions for how I could change that?

Just speculation here but they may have flagged that account as being sold for profit with all the information changes. But also with the waiters in the queue, submitting another order would only cost 250 and if soon likely will result in a foundation invite if done before their deadline.
