It pulls in a little bit, due to the suspension setup, but not 4-5 inches.

I measured the track width, starting at "Easy Entry" and ending at "Extract". The difference was between 4" and 5".

As indicated earlier, the track width is around 4.5 inches wider in Entry Mode than in Extract Mode.
