I haven't received any reported issues of this and I just tested image upload without any issue (displayed in post properly).

Did you recently upgrade to Windows 11? I did and I think maybe that's why when I click on web images it converts them to ".webp", probably to make it more difficult to violate image rights.

I had to download the .webp image and save as jpeg in an image editor before I could post it.

That said, today CTOC forum seems to be accepting .webp images that were giving me problems yesterday. So, I'm not sure what happened.

I haven't received any reported issues of this and I just tested image upload without any issue (displayed in post properly).

I had that issue lately, and I'm on Mac OS using Brave browser.
