Distance setting in Autopilot

I have changed the setting multiple times to 2 but after driving eventually it resets itself to 3 or 4. Also, noticed that the number 1 setting is not-selectable. I'm assuming the distance setting will resolve itself when FSD becomes available.

1 was removed a long time ago. With FSD, 2,3,4,5,6, and 7 are all removed.

In mine 7 is like 3 in my model 3 , and there is not much difference between 1 and 7 ?‍
