I recently was mailed the door storage bin prototype from @BASENOR. Here are my detailed impressions along with a video to give a clear sense of how it functions.
My First Impressions:
The door storage bin is crafted from a flexible, 3D-printed TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) material. This material strikes a nice balance between durability and flexibility, ensuring that the organizer stays securely in place on the door. The door storage bin is thoughtfully sectioned, offering enough space to store frequently used items.
Key Observations:
Fit and Installation: The door storage bin fits snugly at the bottom of each door. The door storage bin was flexible, rubber-like TPE material allowed me to push it into position without concerns about damaging anything.
Display Accessibility: Unlike other door storage bin solutions on the market, this organizer does not attach directly to the display itself. It is easy to remove for cleaning.
Potential Concerns: I could not find any concerns.
Security Consideration: The door storage bin is hidden at the bottom of the door and would be difficult for anyone looking inside the vehicle to notice any items stored there.
Conclusion:
Overall, the door storage bin by BASENOR is a functional, well-designed accessory that provides practical storage. The eco-friendly materials and flexible design make this a solid choice for those looking to keep their Tesla’s interior organized and clean.
