Hi everyone,
I have a cyberbeast with a build date of October 2024, and the driver seat will not save settings to my profile. This is my third Tesla so I’m familiar with the steps to try and fix it. I have decoupled my phone and reset my profile, and then set everything up again new. I recalibrated the seats a couple times and it still will not save my settings. Anyone else experiencing this or have suggestions? Thanks!

Not something I've experienced.
(Stuff you've probably tested/ tried)
So your profile is shown as active if you tap the profile icon at the top of the screen?
Did you try the double scroll wheel reset?
Does it pop up the saving message when you move the seat?
Is it saving the other things like steering wheel and side mirror positions?
Does it work with the keycard?keyboard?

I have 3 Teslas and I noticed that the profile is off between the truck and the cars. For example, after I saved the profile in CT the first time, my car settings changed too and I hadn’t changed the car settings since I got it in 2021.

Therefore, personally I think there’s an issue between the cars and CT. Since I only rarely drive the cars, I’ll manually adjust them when I get in and I don’t mess with the truck settings since 99% of the time I drive that or the Harley.

Thanks for the reply.
Yes i did the soft reboot, yes it pops up the message to save the settings when I move the seat. I haven’t checked using just keycard. I’ll check that. IT does save steering wheel settings.
