I think I know the answer. But just recently upgraded my older Model 3 to the Highland which has LED interior lighting. I noticed when I changed the LED color in the 3 the CT changed to the same color and visa versa. Also, my CT is parked outside (too big for garage) and 3 inside. I had sentry mode off for the 3 on for the CT....but now I noticed its synced also. This is from the Driver Profile being sync'd to the cloud.

Besides creating a separate profile for each car...anyway to customize this?

Is there a FAQ of what gets synced and what doesn't? I saw that Tesla fixed some car specific items that would stay with the car type.

"Driver profile settings, such as seat adjustments, temperature preferences, navigation Recents and Favorites, media settings, and data sharing preferences can be saved into a Tesla Profile that is synced to every supported vehicle under your Tesla Account. "

BTW, have you tried saving the settings for each vehicle in "easy entry" profile, not sure if that works or will help...
