Is anyone else's "exclude home" in the auto-lock not working properly? I have my home address saved in navigation under "Home" but yet the car will lock and sentry mode will turn on when I'm at home in the garage. I noticed it asked for home by entering a street address, instead of taking a GPS fix.

Anyone else have this issue, and what did you do to fix it?

I have exclude home turned on and it's worked flawlessly the whole time. Somewhat surprising since I have a 300ft driveway and gps can be iffy about getting my location right from the address since it's a new house.

I had the same issue with sentry mode. I had set the home location when I wasn’t home so not sure if this was the issue but with the car parked at home I entered the address again. I then unchecked and checked the box to exclude from home for sentry mode a few times and it seems to be working now. Not sure if you will get the same results but worth a try.

Haven’t notice that it wont work. But make sure you set it on your profile as well as your easy entry profile. See if that works. Also, do you own another tesla? I’ve noticed that this option wants to stay with your user profile. So if I change it on my model 3, it also changes it on the cybertruck. Kind of wish otherwise as I park my 3 in the garage where I don’t need or want auto lock. I’ve resigned myself to use it in the garage.

I think the times I see it not reliably (on any of my teslas) is when there a differences on different profiles.
For instance mine is NOT set to bypass at home (since the cybertruck is parked outside) and my wifes is set to bypass at home. When she parks, it doesn't turn on sentry or lock, but as soon as I walk by and if the car connects and uses my phone key for any reason (including connecting to the car with the app), it turns on sentry and locks the doors.

Thanks all for the suggestions. After day 2 of ownership, the issues seems to have fixed itself. The CT respected the home address location when I came home today from work for both sentry and staying unlocked in my garage. I'm not sure if it was because I navigated home or it just needed time away from the home location to set the geofence.
