Modular? lolYou beat us to it!
We've helped 100s of CT owners wrap their Cybertruck and we've taken a lot of the feedback. For the most part, most folks installed successfully but there were some that struggled. But we worked with them and learned from their pain points which led to this product.
This isn't for everyone but the way we cut the backing paper into sections is game changer for a few reasons. It controls the stretch so even if your environment was a little warmer, it's less likely to stretch. It's also easier to replace if something happened to your wrap. Since the seams are on the natural body lines, it's very hard to see it. It's also layered in a way and that's an important step. If you overlap the bottom piece to the upper piece, the seam will be much more visible. But if you layer it from the top to the bottom, the seam will be naturally more hidden.
All this to say, were not replacing our original kit. That kit is still available but this is in addition to that. We're still struggling to find the right word to explain the differences. Right now we put SEAMED and Full Panel Seamless to differentiate it but if you have other suggestions, we're all ears!
Modular? lol
haha, I meant you could call it modularYes, you'll also be able to choose. A lot of two tone wraps we've seen so that can be modular so you can pick and choose the panels.
Just had it done on my Cyberbeast. The seams are negligible. You will have to be a QC inspector to see it and even then it's no biggie, imho. Everyone who had seen my Beast didn't even notice it, perhaps they were to focused on the graphics of my wrap. A plain solid color wrap may be a little more noticeable but then again, these seams thens to flow with the Cybertruck's sharp, angular portions rather than play against it, again, my 2 cents worth. The modular idea is cool, but i'm a bit worried about the seams being visible. Has anyone actually tried this new kit yet? Would love to see some real-world results.
This looks incredible!! Great job! This X-RAY vinyl wrap is from TesBros and people are flipping over it ?

That blue was a good choice! The color really pops. You're the first and only one with this wrap in the world right now. Fantastic job on your DIY wrap ?Just had it done on my Cyberbeast.
