For those that don't know...
We've done this many times in the Y and S, I am more curious with the CB how the efficiency is going to be different, or if it will at all. So far with the CB in the "around town" driving we've done we are averaging 476 Wh/Mile with an efficiency rating of 78.38 %.
Conversely the M3 MR gets 302 Wh/Mile - 84.64 % Efficient
and the MY LR 316 Wh/Mile - 66.38 % efficient

ABRP is currently calculating us at only one stop leaving home with 100% based on the current data received from the CB. I feel pretty confident that we will be stopping more than once before we get to our first stop at Ruby Falls but it will be fun to see how it all comes out.

*I use TeslaFi to track all the data*

Update to my average energy after ~ 1300 miles of mixed driving involving off-road, highway, and (mostly) around town stuff. 390 Wh/mi on average so far. Not too bad. Cheers.

This is good to see. I am also in Abq and just received VIN so hoping for delivery next week or so. Here is to hoping there is something in the air here that makes these tanks more efficient :)

Edit: Nice on the 505 kWh used. Only us NMers will get it.

I plan on driving from ABQ, NM to Las Vegas, NV, then up to Tahoe/Reno and into the CA Sierra Nevadas - and back again - in August. I’ll post some trip data from that for y’all. I’ll be running heavy so will probably have less efficiency.

Get ready for insane levels of attention pretty much wherever you go, LOL. I was down in Socorro at a SC station and had a crowd asking questions. I feel like Kim Kardashian, only I’m prettier. (…says the 59-year-old fat guy speaking) ?

I've only seen 3 cruising around since release and I keep a hawk eye out for them. I can imagine everyone else losing their minds over them who aren't on 24 hr alert or keeping up with all the latest news.

And hey I bet you are prettier then Kim. Remember beauty is in the eye of the Beer-holder!!

I actually had a gentlemen follow me from the Main Street back to the park where I was picking up my kid so he could talk to me about it. He is a reservation holder and had not seen one yet and just wanted to look in and around and ask questions about my experience so far. It was fun to talk to him... reminds me of the days back when I got my first MS and they were still rare/novelty. People would always be so curious about it and tell you all the stuff they'd heard or not lol

Where are you getting your "efficiency" numbers from? The Model 3 is 85% efficient compared to what?

I will let you know that your numbers are relatively high, for all your vehicles. My lifetime Model 3 is under 250 Wh/mi and Model Y is still way under 300.
Lots of Cybertruck owners are reporting under 400 at this point.

Interstate driving is of course the worse, but taking the US Hwy 411 cutoff as I suggested will definitely drop it. It's a little slower, but 4 lane nearly the entire length and definitely shorter, just make sure to be charged. You can even go a little higher, charge at the Bucee's and then cut over to it.

All the numbers are reported from TeslaFi. Incredibly helpful data tracker for teslas. It tracks all aspects of each drive. Those are my numbers for this month so far. It’s pretty typical driving; mix of city and highway, 80/20.
