Today at around 6 pm, the Princeton location called me to set up delivery. It was the first I heard about delivery, having received a VIN 15 days ago (RN11282, order date January 11). I asked for next Friday (they offered days for next week — none this week) but they said the person that handles the truck deliveries is not in that day. I could have taken Thursday but am working so I took Saturday. That would mark 120 days from order date — fingers crossed.Any new NJ delivery dates scheduled?
Looks like we have a lot of NJ CTs in the queue
Hope you're all seeing some movement ???
you’ve got some serious patience. I would’ve taken off of work and done the absolute soonest day possibleToday at around 6 pm, the Princeton location called me to set up delivery. I feel your pain, but reduced do to my scheduled Sat day.Today at around 6 pm, the Princeton location called me to set up delivery. I am the same. Hoping for Saturday delivery as well. Need to pay off that $100k truckCongratulations!
This is good news for the rest of us. My vin was assigned 9 days ago, Princeton pick.
I’m totally taking off work when I pickup btw lol.
What‘s your pickup location?I am the same. Hoping for Saturday delivery as well. Need to pay off that $100k truck
That was my first thought until I thought of the payment due! I actually was losing patience to some extent, even as a happy Tesla owner since 2016. The slow rollout of the CT, issues at service centers for the several Teslas in the family (relative to what I got used to), plus the (currently) puzzling supercharger strategy, has been a bit head scratching. Yet it’s all relative and Tesla likely stays dominant in the EV realm.you’ve got some serious patience. I would’ve taken off of work and done the absolute soonest day possible![]()
AWD or Beast?I feel your pain, but reduced do to my scheduled Sat day.
Config 1/1
VIN. 4/1. (90 days post config)
Deliver. 5/4 (124 days post config)
Patience is definitely in order.
A couple of months ago, a 124-day wait was seen on for the Beasts, and in the context of the supposed ramp up in production one would have thought deliveries would have moved faster, especially since that seemed to be a focus of shareholders after Q1. Elon seems laser focused on improving the company — he is obviously onto something — and hopefully his focus works as usual.I feel your pain, but reduced do to my scheduled Sat day.

You definitely must be close and when I get there, if you haven’t heard by then, I will look around at the VINs and report back.Congratulations!

AWD. The Beast I couldn’t cost justify and prefer more range over acceleration.AWD or Beast?
Same, I would have gotten the beast if it offered more towing or longer range. I’m super impulsive and also have the “I want nice things” disease so I’m impressed and proud with myself for sticking with AWD, it was out of character for me.AWD.
