In early October 2024, Tesla officially discontinued Foundation Series Cybertrucks in the US. The Foundation Series is currently marketed only in Canada and Mexico.

However, if you missed your chance to own a piece of Tesla history, it might not be too late. As of right now (December 1), residents of seven US states still have the opportunity to order a Foundation Series Cybertruck online from the Tesla inventory page. If you live in CA, TX, LA, AL, FL, GA, or SC, and you want to see your FS CT options, then click on that link, make sure that the “New”, “Cybertruck”, and “All Deliverable” filters are selected, and enter your zip code.

There are four possible FS CT configurations: All-Wheel Drive or Cyberbeast with white or tactical grey interiors. The remaining inventory is limited, so there is no guarantee that all options will be available.

The FS CTs listed on the website are currently available for pickup at the following locations (subject to change):

CA: Riverside
TX: San Antonio, League City
GA: Fayetteville, Duluth
FL: Jacksonville, Tampa, Miami Gardens, West Palm Beach

Inventory from GA and FL locations can be delivered to zip codes in LA, AL, and SC.

All remaining FS CTs still have the original pricing: $99,990 for AWD and $119,990 for Cyberbeast. All of the original FS standard features (such as FSD, badging, etc.) appear to be included as well.

If you don't live in CA, TX, LA, AL, FL, GA, or SC, it still might still be possible to find a Foundation Series Cybertruck, especially if you are willing to travel to pick it up. Another site, tesla-info.com, claims that it can access Tesla's "hidden inventory". It indicates that there are currently 67 All-Wheel Drive FS and 27 Cyberbeast FS available in the US, including some in other states, like NV and TN. And anecdotally, some forum users have recently reported seeing FS CTs in stock in AZ and VA.

So if you want a Foundation Series, it can't hurt to ask about it at the Tesla Store, even if nothing is listed for your zip code on the inventory website.

Since Tesla is currently delivering FS CTs to Canada and Mexico, it's possible that they are still assigning new FS VINs. Not sure if they would have the same format as American VINs though.
