@Atomic Wheels - Looking for some 18's with factory offset. Why is the AWZ2 +40mm in 18 but +52 in 20? Won't the 18 stick out more? Is that necessary for the recommended 295 tires? I didn't think 10mm more width (only 5mm each side) would be an issue with stock backspacing.

I really like the AW01 and AWZZ which is very similar but must have 1190kg rating to meet CT rear axle GAWR. Thinking that +20kg would require slightly thicker spokes but should be barely noticeable. Can I custom order this, with close to stock as possible offset? Would like to take advantage of the BF deal, appreciate your advice thanks!

Your DM didn’t answer any of my questions other than yes the 18 sticks out more and “Let us know the size and what you're looking for in the custom order, and I’ll provide you with a quote.” When I already explained what I was looking for here, and thought others who are looking for quality 18” wheels for off-road would appreciate a public answer. Oh well.

Oh well.

Although it’s true that the +40 offset will make the wheels stick out more and give them a more aggressive look, it’s not necessary to keep it for running the 295/70R18 tires, which are the ones we recommend. We can adjust the offset, and you can use the same size tires.
The AWZZ in 20" has a 1200kg payload capacity, while the AW01 is slightly lower 1170Kg, but this can be adjusted with a custom order to increase it, though it would affect the wheel’s weight. But we can make that design in 18" and adjust it to have the 1200kg payload.

If you’re specifically looking for something off-road in 18", we recently launched the AW08B model, which is specially designed for off-road use. It features a beadlock that improves reliability and performance, allowing you to confidently lower tire pressure for better grip without the risk of de-beading, and we also have the AW08, that is great for off-road adventures.
