What is it made of? It seems so thick!

Looks neat, except for the lost headroom. Which the Cybertruck has alot of, honestly.

Also! Keen:

yep thats me! the mat is a little over 1cm thick. you do sacrifice a bit - for instance with the red husky bins I have, with tmat, im not now able to use an l track mounted molle shelf over top of the bins.

but any product that has drawer like functionality is going to raise the bed floor slightly. this is likely the thinnest product. others are made of harder stuff like aluminum, but would likely require altering the truck in someway - like bolting into it.

the mat is made of a soft plastic that flexes. all the accessories are obviously 3d printed. it really keeps things from sliding around the bed when driving. im really hoping they make something for bikes.

this thing I made makes it so that I dont habe to use blockers to keep these bins in place, and thats even true if I just use the two individual bins.

and full disclosure: the review I left on the tmat site is supposedly going to result in them sending me some free blocker accessories. (nothing for this forum post though - I definitely do like this product - for the price and the ease of use)

they likely will I think sidios are not as tall as the huskies. I think that huskies are ip65 rated though.

I think they make half height sidios now too.
and it looks like they now make these huskies in a 12 gallon - which would definitely fit under the cybertent.

I was going to go sidio until someone on this forum (possibly you) told me about these huskies!

I think that the height youre looking for is less than 40cm.

To get to IP65 I uhh... Wrap my flip-top boxes in 25¢ clear bags from Costco.

haha, well played. btw - if anyone decides on getting stacktechs for the beach like I did, many of their boxes are IP65 for the interior contents, buuuuuttt the locking mechanism that connects a box to another box is the complete opposite. dust (that is to say, sand) will enter the lock, and lock will seize and not lock until you take it apart and clean it out. so now I have to baby the bins and they cant be placed direcly into sand. theyve got to go onto a towel first.

Oh, something I hadn't thought about those fancy boxes!

To save space, my spouse sewed covers for the flip-top boxes for taking them to camp. There's a pillow with a plank in it, which covers the top and keeps the dust and sand out; it also turns them into little benches.

We've brought those covers to Burning Man (and other events) for over fifteen years now.

There's lots of ways to cheat around these things ^-^
