Help Installing Screen Swivel

So I can’t be the first one having this issue. When I install the screen swivel/rotation bracket the plug is in the way. From what I can tell either Tesla changed the position of the usb plug on the back of the screen or everyone who has installed these are putting strain on the usb connector. I have attached photos to show what I am up against. Any help is appreciated.

They are all a tight fit. Try and put washers between the attachment bolts and bracket.

Did you remove the clip that holds the usb into the screen or is that stock? Mine has a pretty bulky clip that holds the usb tight into the screen.

I initially used the stock that came with swivel mount and subsequently changed to one with a clip they sent me.
