I searched for a Cybertruck thread with "How do I" questions but couldn't find anything. I have 2 "How do I" questions and hopefully this thread will be a starting point for other Q&As for new owners.

1) How do I keep the Music/Radio playing when I'm outside the truck? I was working on my boat and couldn't get it to continue playing when I'm outside the truck.
Thanks to @heems the answer to this question is to go into the A/C menu and select Camp Mode. When you exit, it will turn the volume down, but you can turn it up again from the steering wheel, or from the Tesla app. To turn off Camp mode from the Tesla app, just turn off climate controls.

2) When I'm pulling my boat, how do I stop the screen from flashing a big 18-wheeler from constantly flashing like it's tailgating me?

2) They haven't fixed that yet; the visualizer is always a bit behind the rest of the software.

1) ...that's a good question. It wants to turn off itself when you're not in the truck. You could leave a key in the truck, and make sure 'pin to drive' is locked; or maybe there's a function I don't know about.

I don't think anyone has asked these questions before! In a way, this is a new forum, but there's alot of experience, I hope you get good answers.

Leave drivers door cracked, turn music on from app.
Put it in trailer mode.

There may be something in the toybox Boombox mode.

I think he means in trailer mode because it picks up the boat like it’s a car tailgating you and is constantly flashing. It can get pretty distracting but I’ve learned to ignore it. As far as the music, i have the Sam question but haven’t experimented with trying to solve it.

ps. This is not a CT specific question:
@ItsDrew, Camp Mode is the ticket for #1. Thank @heems for the suggestion. Camp mode keeps the truck on. The default setting and Boombox turn off when you leave which makes sense. I was sitting in my truck trying to figure it out cause I like listening to music while I clean it.

In trailer mode, it turns that off. That's one of the functions of trailer mode. At least my Model Y works that way. That's why FSD isn't allowed at this point, the vehicle can't see out the back.

I don't have my truck yet, it could be a bug, but that's what Tow mode is supposed to do. Same thing can happen with a bike rack that blocks the camera's view.

It's definitely in tow mode. I have all the trailer brake settings. The rearview camera is running also and shows nothing but my boat. When towing, I think it would be nice to show left & right cameras instead.

Yes, it must be a bug because I use my truck to tow my boat and it’s always been there. When you attach a trailer to the truck it automatically goes into Tow mode. Hopefully they fix it in one of the upcoming updates.

I agree. While towing I can’t see anything out of the rear camera view except my trolling motor. I usually just turn the rear camera off. Doesn’t really matter because I’m used to not depending on that view while towing anyway.

When I'm working in/around the truck, I want walk-away lock OFF, and Environment OFF, but Music ON. It won't auto-lock if a door is open, and I can manually shut off the A/C, but sometimes I forget and close the door and then nooooooooo...

There's no "I'm just sitting here minding my business" mode. Hmmph.

Don't own a tesla yet, but I've heard that "camp mode" or "car wash mode" will keep the music playing? Also apparently you can close the door to the first click, but not all the way, then turn the music back up. However maybe that is only for the Tesla "cars" and not CT? Here is a link:
