Hello! i'm in an usual spot. I just got assigned a VIN and I can't talk to anyone at Tesla who knows what's going on. I am currently out of the country for the next few months. I have no idea how long I will be gone for, and Tesla won't tell me how long they will hold the truck for me. What are my options? I tried calling, sending SMS, and sending messages through the app. They all go unanswered. Help!
