Is there a way to change email on Cybertruck reservation?
My email provider (Cox) has stopped supporting our emails.
Have changed my email address.
Don't want to lose my order notice.

yes you can change the email address
Call Tesla support and they'll tell you what to do

If I google "tesla support number" these come up right away:

1 (888) 518-3752
1-877-79TESLA (1-877‑798-3752)
Again, thanks lengthy go around but got it.
Called local store phone number.
Eventually press 5 for account help.
That press on hold for a while.
The 5 press took me to the number you gave 877-798-3752.
They send an email to old email with a code.
Give code over phone. They send another email to old address.
Asks for photo id and new email address.
Should take 3 to 5 days to change.
Note: Do not have the Tesla phone app so was not seeing the help number.
All the above on PC.

Good info for those doing this in the future, my guess is the 3-5 days and ID needed is to help combat people selling accounts/reservations?

Cox is my email provider.
Cox officially notified us that they are no longer supporting email.
Cox is transferring all of their email subs to Yahoo mail.
I'm not doing that I'm using Outlook.com
I did not want to lose having Tesla being able to reach me for my order.

I am sure Tesla could just goole the changes and find out it was legit. This is the third time I have read of a similar situation.

People love to hold onto that service provider email for some reason. ;)

back in the day i had SNET.NET as my email provider and they did the same thing, i quickly learned not to use their email account because when you move or they decide to not support it anymore your screwed

How long did it actually take them to change your email address after submitting your ID and new email?
