Is there still access to the recovery hooks or a way to pull the truck out from the front, or pull somebody out when reversing?
Nice that the bar does not block frunk access like some others.

Hi
No, there is no access to the recovery hooks after installing the bull bar. The bull bar does attach to the hooks and cover them up.

Depending on the severity of the situation of having to pull someone while reversing or being pulled out, a strap could be looped around one of the middle bars right at one of the two brackets. This would put the force mostly on the tow hook. This would work for light recovery or towing only. If anyone would jerk with a tow strap it would most likely damage the bars, brackets and possibly the bumper.
