Issue playing back sentry video with new update (2024.20)?

Was trying to play back some sentry footage in the vehicle. As soon as it got to "the event", I got this screen:

Then HVAC and everything seemed to shut off until I clicked on the screen and then it went back to the "home" screen and HVAC resumed. I was unable to see the sentry event it did this every time.

Anyone else see this? Should I reboot?

Installed 2024.20.1 last night. Had to check a couple events today while I was out to see who thought it was funny to just put hands all over my truck after I just washed it. Stupid kids did it just to be assholes. Didn't have any issues watching events. Ended up just checking events from previous days was well, all seemed to work fine for me.

I have seen that happen when I was in our X when I picked myself up off the drivers seat and it thought no one was in the ride so it when blank.
