I hope you understand this.
Our AWD FS CT is having a problem with the built in browser. We like to use 'teslawaze' website (https://teslawaze.azurewebsites.net/) to get information like where police are, accidents, etc. from those using Waze (which won't run 'directly' with a Tesla).
It works great in the Model Y-LR and even in the CT... UNTIL you try to select something else that needs the screen... You know, like clicking on ANYTHING ELSE pretty much that would 'hide' the browser...
In the Model Y, it's not an issue, as you can just click on the browser icon and it comes right back up where it 'left off'...
But on the CT it seems to go back to the beginning each time (meaning that when you open the browser 'back up' again, it comes up blank! You have to start all over again and click on the website (saves just fine as a 'favorite'), then choose your route again, etc...
Very annoying... Also, there's been a couple of times that when we clicked on the browser icon, it opened and then just immediately closed again and wouldn't open up again until you reset the system... It does this with other sites (plugshare) as well...
Was wondering if there's some way to change it so that it doesn't open 'new' every single time it gets 'covered' by a different app...
OR are other folks having the same issue?
The CT is running 2024.33.15 with v12.5.5.2
The Model Y is running 2024.32.10 with v12.5.4
