That's cold comfort to someone who's been assaulted.

Also, there's alot of bad things that don't arise to an actual crime which can ruin your day.

Worse, when officials don't think those laws protect you.

I've already said this is inappropriate to discuss in forum threads. It gets political; each state made different choices which make them safer or less safe for different people.

I searched and saw no other actual posts about buy backs actually happening.

My Cybertruck is a lemon and after very much back and forth and being told that my complaints were material in that the defects were actually "features" they have agreed to purchase the truck back.

The general manager hasn't returned my calls or emails so I can't get any more details on the steps.

I've never had to do something like this and I am just curious if anyone else on the forum has had experience and can tell me what I'm getting myself in for.

I invested a lot into aftermarket accessories and did request a new truck but unfortunately they do not want to give me a truck they want to pay me off. I do have a substantial following therefore My social media activity did gain traction I don't know how far of the totem pole I got. Obviously it was far enough to make them not want me to be a customer. I'm not surprised because the general manager told me that my concerns were cosmetic even though I had two motor replacements and tires all within the first few months.

What are they going to offer me in regard to paying back Will they give me the MSRP or the actual price that I paid for the vehicle?

If you purchased one then you know obviously we paid a premium for the connectivity and other features, Am I eating that cost?

Do I have any chance of raising enough hell that they pay me for the $300 worth of pre-cut tent I was waiting to install for them to give it back to me from the shop that's sitting in my living room?

What about the $2,500 credit I have as well as a $700 credit for other equipment? And the unopened and uninstalled per liner that's sold out haha jk.

Seriously though I hope someone is an expert here and can help a sista out..Oh and what should I buy next, who's CEO doesn't consider me unalive because I'm a homo and who doesn't piss off everyone making them swerve at me and flip me off haha ?

Unfortunate you have to go this route.

The Lemon Law process is very proscriptive in each state.

Not much "I negotiated with the dealer". It is if x, then y and thats kind of it.

They can provide additional goodwill if they choose, but the process is laid out.

Yeah when one brings this into the discussion halfway through on a thread about a buyback it really has no place here on this forum about Cybertrucks.

And there appears to be no Lemon Law usage here.
