I happened to go into service today and I saw the following:

My light bar was listed as outstanding work. I never received an email that it was ready to create an appointment. The rep said it is a "due bill item" which sounds like you make the appointment then they order the part. He said he will keep me posted so I guess we will see what happens.

Well, that sure as heck does not port with another user who told us that the SC told him they’re all on hold and none are being delivered. ?

Like I’ve said a few times before, I’m super glad I got mine, but boy has this rollout been an embarrassing fluster cuck!

I tried the "set a service appointment for light bar install" technique and sure as heck it worked for me! Just make sure your service appointment is at least a month in advance to give them time to order and ship it. My SC said mine was only the 2nd one they've installed so far.
