OEM tailgate shield. cable was cut when bought from user on this forum.
Two OEM jump seats that attach to the tailgate shield.
Two dividers for under bed area.
Three sets of center covers for wheels, One set is used.

Asking $200 for all.

I did not say straps were cut. You added this wording. I said the cable was cut. Straps are still in tact and useable.

There is a metal cable that locks with a combination to help detour theft. It is incased in the black webbing that attaches to the lock in the picture below
